We recommend you take notes on each of the lessons in the course. If you wish print a copy of the video transcript from the downloads below for highlighting as you watch the lesson.

IMPORTANT: Take your time with the lessons in this program. As you go through this entire course you should be consuming lessons a bite or two at a time. Then work with what you have learned before moving onto the next lesson.

This course was not designed to be watched in one big 5 hour marathon session. That works on Netflix but that will not work here. To get the most knowledge that you can from this training watch a little at a time and do the work.

If you do not do the work, you will not get the reward as with everything in life.

Task Number 1

As you get started on the course keep in mind that you should do the steps in each lesson as you go, rather than watch all the lessons and then try to do all the work.

Take your time, and feel free to come back to any video lessons later for a refresher as you go. While this may be new to you it will all be very easy and manageable for you if you take your time and take it one step at a time.
